Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the Tune X Music Distribution services. By signing up and uploading your music, you legally agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Grant of Rights & Content Lock

You grant Tune X Music Distribution the non-exclusive right to sell, copy, distribute, and stream your music on digital services (such as Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, YouTube, etc.) worldwide. "Non-exclusive" means you are free to distribute *other* new songs with other distributors.

However, any specific release successfully distributed through Tune X Music is subject to a mandatory 1-year content lock. You cannot transfer, re-upload, or distribute the *same* release with another distributor during this period. Attempting to bypass this lock will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending royalties.

2. Copyright & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of your master recordings, compositions, and artwork. Tune X Music does not claim any ownership of your content. You are simply giving us permission to distribute it on your behalf.

4. Royalties & Payouts

We collect revenue from stores and pay it to you according to your active plan:

Payouts are processed based on the aggregator's timeline and are remitted quarterly (May 15th, Aug 15th, Nov 15th, Feb 15th). You may request withdrawal of your earnings once they reach the minimum threshold via Bank Transfer or UPI.

Sub-Label Policy: For users operating under White-Label or White-Label Pro plans who create sub-labels, Tune X does not manage or support these sub-labels. The parent Main Label is solely responsible for handling the administration, support, and royalty payouts of their sub-labels.

5. Takedowns & Refunds

You cannot request to remove (takedown) or transfer your music from Tune X Music during the initial 1-year lock period. Following this period, takedowns may be requested. All one-time upgrade fees for premium plans are strictly non-refundable once the service has started or an account has been upgraded, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Liability & Indemnification

Tune X Music is not responsible for any third-party claims against your music. If we are sued because you uploaded copyrighted material without permission or engaged in fraud, you agree to fully indemnify and cover all legal costs, fines, and damages incurred by Tune X Music.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of arbitration in Bhadrak/Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
