Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tune X Music Distribution, we strive to provide the best distribution services for independent artists. However, due to the nature of digital services, we have a strict No Refund Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
Since our services (Music Distribution, Label Services, Marketing) are digital and executed immediately upon submission, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been made.
This applies to:
- Single & Album distribution fees.
- Annual Subscription plans (e.g., Premium Plan).
- Marketing or Promotional campaigns.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If you are on a recurring subscription plan (e.g., Yearly Membership), you may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard to prevent future billing.
- No Partial Refunds: If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining time. You will continue to have access to Premium features until your current plan expires.
3. Content Takedowns
If you choose to take down (remove) your music from stores, no fees will be refunded. The fee you paid covers the initial processing and delivery work, which cannot be reversed.
4. Violations & Fraud
If your account is terminated or banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., uploading stolen music, copyright infringement, or artificial streaming fraud), you forfeit all rights to a refund. Any remaining subscription time or balance will be lost.
5. Billing Errors
The only exception to this policy is if a technical error occurred on our end, such as:
- Being charged twice for the same transaction (Duplicate Charge).
- Being charged after a cancellation was successfully processed.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days at support@tunex.in with proof of payment, and we will issue a full refund.
